Paul E. Riffel Tampa Estate Planning Attorney

30th anniversary

Thirty years ago, I took the oath to become a member of the Florida Bar. Back then, I thought it was a big deal, and I still feel that way today.

In part, the oath provides that I will not maintain any unjust suits, I will never seek to mislead the judge and I will act with fairness, integrity and civility with regard to opposing parties and their counsel.

Hopefully, I have fulfilled this oath.

During my 30 years of practice, I also hope that I have made a positive difference in people’s lives. My purpose in writing these blogs is to show what a lawyer can offer you in the way of legal services and also how you can avoid legal entanglements. Many times people tell me that they did not know they could do something.

Preventative maintenance is good for many things, including your legal well-being. So when you are in doubt about your legal rights, contact a lawyer.
